OLIO Steak was born from that belief.

We looked at Dhaka’s dining scene and saw something missing a place where a steak wasn’t just a menu item, but a moment. Where the char on steaks was earned over open flame, not rushed under a heat lamp. Where a brisket sat in smoke for hours because that’s the only way it should be done.
So we built it.
Every cut that reaches our kitchen is selected with intention. Every sauce is made in-house. Every plate that leaves our pass is one we’d proudly serve at our own table. That’s not marketing that’s the standard we hold ourselves to, every single service.

Today, OLIO Steak stands in the heart of Gulshan as a destination for people who take their food seriously and their good times even more so. From our signature Bone-In Beast to our slow-smoked brisket, from handcrafted refreshments to a service team that knows your name by your second visit, we’ve built something we’re proud of.
